I'm a eco-friendly consultant actively working with clients who are moving internationally. I've been diving into different green building certifications—specifically LEED, BREEAM, DGNB, and WELL—to assess how they stack up against each other. What I find tricky is the overlapping scopes and the sometimes mixed messages in marketing materials, making it hard to properly communicate to clients why they might opt for one standard over another.
